Our History
Since 2004
The Brisage neighborhood was created in 2004 by developer James T. ‘Tim’ Weaver, a second generation builder and residential developer in Madison.
Mr. Weaver wanted all 57 homes in Brisage to have a French country Acadian look. So, in an unsual restriction, he required all builders who bought his lots to use one of only three architects who were very familiar with the French Acadian country design. One architect was even in Baton Rouge, LA, where many homes have that look.
The Brisage covenants required all homes to be at least 2,200 square feet of heated floor space.
No Brisage lots are vacant today. Fortunately, most of our homes sell in just a few weeks. As a result, our neighborhood is among the most stable and desirable in Madison.
We would love to have your family be a part of our beautiful French Country Acadian community! If you would like to make Brisage your home, please view our available listings.
